GPO STATEMENT
Cooperative Services of Florida, Inc. is a Regional Purchasing Cooperative that is organized and operates in compliance with the safe harbors applicable to administrative fees and discounts.
TEMPLATE OF CONTRACTS
The CSF contract template is intended to be the main document. Contracts with an annual value of <$500k are expected to comply with minimal changes. Where manufacturer policy mandates use of their contracting document (s), CSF will work with vendor legal representative to remedy discrepancies.
STANDARD CONTRACT
SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTS
This is a list of individual pages that historically were included in every launch package. Vendors are required to review the list and incorporate them into the RFP response. The cover letter will make reference to them.
CODE OF CONDUCT
CSF supports and abides by the HIGPA statements relative to GPO's and their methods for conducting business in the health care setting.
HIPAA
CSF will request vendors working in member facilities that may encounter patient information will be asked to sign member HIPAA forms as part of the contract execution process.
CURRENT INDUSTRY ISSUES
Cooperative Services of Florida, Inc. is aware of the national attention being focused by governmental entities relative to the Group Purchasing Organizations methods for conducting business in the health care setting. Our President, Bob Simpson is active nationally in this matter and incorporates all appropriate measures to assure our model meets or exceeds the expectations of the oversight community.
